Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
International Shipping
The Quiet Page offers international shipping to select countries and regions. International shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is provided by the shipping carrier and is not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless expressly shown at checkout. The Quiet Page is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin showing updates after the carrier receives the package.
You can also view your order status through the link included in your order-confirmation or shipping-confirmation email.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. The Quiet Page is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address submitted at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at cheryllee531@outlook.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. The Quiet Page is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or other transit issues once an order has been handed to the carrier.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your delivery location, mailbox, building office, and with neighbors.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and item(s). We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
